What is a guarantee? It is nothing more than a promise our company makes to yours to achieve a measurable goal for our services. To achieve that goal in Search Engine Optimization, it takes a committment by our company to yours to do the very best possible work to increase your page rankings on a natural search.

Can we promise to make you number one? Or even on page one? We can if we use Sponsored listings in Yahoo's Search Marketing products or Google Adwords, because you are paying for placement. A solid search engine marketing plan will give you pages with good keyword-rich content, and a link building campaign that will get you real natural rankings. There is a real difference between the purchasing of ads, and building a solid page that will show well.

From Google's Webmaster Help Center, in discussing SEO companies: " No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a "special relationship" with Google, or advertise a "priority submit" to Google."

Google has no priority submit for anyone, and is constantly evolving its algorithim that it uses to determine page rank. In fact, no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on any of the "big three"-Google, Yahoo! or MSN, as they keep their ranking algorithims a closely guarded secret. This is to prevent anyone from cheating the system, and to stay ahead of SEO companies that are using unethical methods.

So, our guarantee is this - we will do our absolute best to assure that your website moves up in the rankings, on natural searches, using relevant search keywords, as determined jointly by you and our staff. We will work diligently to find the keywords that best reflect the purpose of your site, work to develop text, and to improve the rankings, with the final result being increased traffic to your website. We can guarantee you an improvement in at least three of your current rankings, as determined by ranking reports generated prior to optimization, and periodically during the process.

Terms of Service

1. All changes and additions to your page will be emailed to you. You are responsible for following the directions carefully, and placing the text and other changes in your coding EXACTLY as you are instructed, without any changes. If you fail to follow these instructions, our guarantee is null and void.
2. All submissions to search engines are governed by their own rules and parameters. Those may change at any time, and LUTP is not responsible for these changes. While we will make every effort to expedite your pages LeapUpThePage on the search engines, an increase in ranking can take time, as much as four to eight weeks. You should be prepared to be patient.
3. LUTP will make the first submissions of your new page to the search engines, you will be responsible for all future submissions. You must follow the submission policy for each search engine, or risk having your page black-listed.
